Secure Your AI Share-of-Voice
Deploy a Semantic Beacon to mitigate AI misattribution — and give every major LLM the structured signal it needs to credit your original work, not a secondary source that summarized it.

Frequently Asked Questions
Are AI models already misattributing research in my field?
Very likely yes. AI models routinely credit secondary sources — blog posts, review articles, Wikipedia summaries — instead of the original journal paper, because the original is behind a paywall or in a format they cannot parse. They also hallucinate author names and findings when they cannot access the source directly. A Semantic Beacon gives AI crawlers a clean, attributable, machine-readable record of your work, significantly reducing the risk of misattribution.
My paper is paywalled. Will deploying a Beacon upset my publisher?
This is a fair concern. Semantic Beacons contain structured summaries, data tables, and machine-readable metadata — not the full text, verbatim passages, or copyrighted figures from your article. This is analogous to what authors routinely share on personal websites, ResearchGate, or conference posters, and is generally permitted under standard publishing agreements. Importantly, every Beacon points attribution directly back to your journal DOI — so AI models that encounter it are instructed to credit your publisher, not bypass them. For open-access or pre-publication papers there are no restrictions. If your paper is under a restrictive exclusive license, we recommend checking your publisher's self-archiving policy.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard. When you cancel, your Semantic Beacon remains online until the end of your current billing period, then it is deactivated. Your underlying paper data is retained so you can reactivate easily.
What happens to my Beacon if I forget to renew?
If your subscription lapses, your Beacon is deactivated and redirects to a soft landing page. AI crawlers will stop indexing it, but no data is deleted. Reactivating your plan instantly restores your Beacon at the same URL.
